Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using G.R.A.C.E (Guided Reasoning and Adaptive Curriculum Engine), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
G.R.A.C.E is an AI-powered personalized learning platform that provides:
- Personalized learning paths generated by AI
- Interactive AI teacher conversations
- Voice interactions (Plus subscription)
- Personalized video content (Plus subscription)
- Progress tracking and analytics
- Public learning library access
User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Usage: You may not share your account with others or use multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations.
Age Requirements: Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental consent.
Subscription Terms (G.R.A.C.E Plus)
Pricing: G.R.A.C.E Plus is available for $20.00 per month, billed monthly.
Payment: Payments are processed through RevenueCat and your chosen payment method.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Plus features continues until the end of your billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are provided according to our refund policy and applicable law.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Share inappropriate content in public learning paths
Intellectual Property
Our Content: G.R.A.C.E platform, AI models, and generated content remain our intellectual property.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us license to use it for providing our service.
Public Content: Content you publish in the public library may be accessed and used by other users for learning purposes.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI systems is provided as-is for educational purposes.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Educational Purpose: G.R.A.C.E is for educational purposes only and does not replace formal education or professional training.
AI Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors. Users should verify important information independently.
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Third-Party Services: We integrate with third-party services (Gemini AI, ElevenLabs, Tavus) and are not responsible for their performance.
Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings.
By Us: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or for business reasons with reasonable notice.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but you may download your data within 30 days.
